Stage 01.
Idea

We partner with people who have personally experienced the pain they want to solve. The Cloudbreak team has deep experience hearing pain points and identifying how to best answer them with a functional SaaS solution.

Stage 02.
Discovery

 

We use our extensive, coastal network to mine connections (and so real potential customers) for information and data points about their experience with this particular problem. Discovery is a crucial and often overlooked step in the development process; Cloudbreak believes every minute spent in this step pays dividends as we enter the development process with a deep, informed understanding of the needs we are solving and the market we are engaging.

Stage 03.
Build / Test / Iterate
(and repeat)

 

Using agile project management and following modern software best practices, including horizontally scalable infrastructure and test driven development, our dev team iterates quickly with simple prototypes to further plumb our understanding of a user’s pain points, validate our ideas, and validate that customers will pay for our solution. The Cloudbreak team is a unique collection of resourceful, creative problem solvers who can solve the inevitable dilemmas that will arise during this stage.

Stage 04.
Launch

 

We are experienced at keeping focus on the right variables to get to first sale as quickly as possible with a product that elegantly solves our customer’s problems and that will actually be used by them daily.

Stage 05.
Scale Strong Company(ies)

 

Developing a product is a monumental feat, but it’s not enough. You must build a company too, including sales, operations, marketing, legal and accounting teams. The Cloudbreak team not only has extensive experience developing a product from an idea but also building a company around that product. Cloudbreak will rely on this expertise to put in place strong business foundations and its network to find talent so each company will see rapid growth that quickly corners the market and protects itself against competition.

We have cultured close relationships with angel and VC investors so that each company can be well-resourced to scale quickly. We are persnickety about the companies we bring to these partners and have established a reputation of excellence.
